Pickup Orders Only
We currently offer pickup orders only. Once an order has been picked up, it is considered accepted.
Due to the nature of our products:

We do not offer refunds on completed pickup orders.

Order Accuracy
We carefully prepare and package every order to ensure accuracy and quality. Please review your order confirmation email before your scheduled pickup time to ensure all details are correct.
If you believe there is an issue with your order at the time of pickup, please notify us immediately so we can address it on the spot.

If there is a quality issue with your pie, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup with:

We review concerns on a case-by-case basis. While refunds are not guaranteed, customer satisfaction is important to us and we will do our best to make it right when appropriate.
Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable due to preparation and ingredient costs.
Missed Pickups
If you miss your scheduled pickup time:

Orders will be held for the remainder of the pickup day.

We are not responsible for product quality after the scheduled pickup window.
